Grotto Gigante
Just as the name suggests, “Grotto Gigante” or “Gigantic cave,” this tourist attraction is 114m high, 924m long and 65m wide and is termed as the world’s largest underground cavern accessible by the public. For all those interested in seeing the natural rock formations (stalactites and stalagmites) dating back to thousands of years (200,000 years!), ascend and descend of 500 stairs comes as a unique experience.
