City Walls
The city walls are one of Dubrovnik’s best known structures. Built in the 10th century, up to 19ft thick walls served as a solid protection against invaders. As part of the walls, there are two towers (Bokar Tower and Minceta Tower) and two forts (Revelin Fort and Lovrjenac Fort). The main entrance to the city walls is situated left of the Pile Gate.
