Anonymous CommenterA triband cellphone should work fine. But it all depends on your network service. It would take about 3 hours for a drive to Mostar from Dubrovnik. They accept Kuna and also Euros in some locations. Weather in Europe had been quite unstable lately and it hard to tell if it would rain heavily or not. But usually, summer in Croatia tends to be very hot. It is usually colder in Mostar in fall and early spring.
