I checked around for you and as far I am aware, there are no regular Thai massage courses in Patong Beach. There is however something which you can do and that is to visit one of the leading spas of Patong beach such as the Hideaway spa in Patong Beach and ask them if they can organize a Thai massage course for you. Alternatively if you are staying at a somewhat luxurious Patong resort which has a spa then I am sure that you could ask your concierge to set up a Thai massage course for you in Patong Beach.
