If you go to a proper spa in Phuket then you will be more than likely not able to get a massage with a happy ending as the management is very strict on this. This especially is the case with resort and hotel spas.

However in almost all of the regular massage parlors in Phuket which I have visited I have been offered a happy ending during or at the end of the massage. Please note that if you are looking for this type of "extra" service then you should take an oil massage and not a traditional Thai massage as you will normally be nude during the oil massage and the girls are expert at arousing your interest for a happy ending at the end of your massage.

There is a small street of Rat U Thit 200 Year road which is filled with about a dozen massage parlors and there are lots of sexy Phuket massage girls waiting outside to lure customers inside.
