Any family-oriented restaurants in Karon?

 I would to go to a restaurant that is settled right on the beach. We are staying n Karon, have three children with us. Any recommendations that would best fit for all of us are welcome. I also have read about some restaurants wherein you will light tea candles by the end of the night and have them float over the water or air. Can anyone help me with this please? Thank you.

You may try the Ruam Thep Inn located at the southern end of Karon beach and also watch the sunset, though I am not sure if you could actually eat right on the beach. Around the area of southern end of Kata beach, you can find Kata Pen Seafood next to the Ska Bar with a big sacred tree as the landmark. Try their seafood barbequed tiger prawns. They are so affordable and you can even request your table to be placed right on the beach. About the floating candles, it happens once a year at the Loy Kratong festival at November full moon.
