I spend some time in Kamala beach in the past and I can tell you that there are definitely a lot of different tailor shops in Kamala beach from which you can choose. The highest concentration of them seem to be located along the Kamala beach road which is where most of the shops and restaurants are situated. I must say that from my experience with tailors in Phuket that there is a big difference in pricing and quality so it really is worth shopping around a bit and perhaps even getting some recommendations on a travel forum such as Trip Sofa.
