Where is the new marina located in Phuket?

There are 3 large marinas in Phuket and the newest one is the Royal Phuket Marina but its already 5 years old so I don't know if it can be described as being the new marina of Phuket.

Anyway, as with the other 2 large Phuket marinas, the Royal Phuket Marina is also located on the East coast of Phuket. The Royal Phuket Marina is not only the newest marina of Phuket but it is also the largest Phuket marina. There is also a commercial and real estate development included with this marina in Phuket.
