I am just assuming that you are spending your holiday on Phuket with your kids and that you are looking for a babysitter in Phuket so that you can spend some quality alone time with your wife or husband,

Well most hotels, resorts and even guesthouses will be able to assist you with find a babysitter. Most of the times it will be an off duty staff member who will do the babysitting. Obviously this is not included in your room rate and you will have to pay extra for it. They will probably charge you around 50 / 100 Thai Baht per hour.
