I am assuming that you mean getting a massage on the actual beach of Patong as there are plenty of regular massage parlors in Patong Beach. If you want to get a beach massage in Patong then you won't have to look very long as there are hundreds of Thai massage ladies which offer massages to tourists on the beach of Patong. Often they have set up shop under a tree or in some shade however I am sure you can get the beach massage wherever you please. The cost for 1 hour oil or cream massage on Patong Beach should cost you around 250 - 300 Thai Baht. Perhaps during the low season it may be a bit cheaper.
