I agree with the other person who has answered your question as finding a job as an English teacher is probably the easiest type of job to get as a foreigner. However I know plenty of guys who are not native speakers who are teaching English in Phuket. What is important however is that you get a TESOL or a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) license as schools and universities will ask for that. Universities will generally also demand of its applicants that they themselves are university graduates but at local schools this is not a must.
