What should we see on a roundtrip in Puglia, Italy, where should we eat?

On our cruise through the Adriatic Sea we visited Puglia and I really enjoyed a trip to "Grote di Castellana" - it has the most beautiful stalactites and stalagmites and they also let you take pictures.
