The first thing I would like to mention is that before you travel to Thailand you should check with your local doctor or vaccination expert as to what vaccinations you should get before you travel down to Thailand. There are for example so diseases which mosquitoes can give you and that includes dengue fever, Japanese encephalitis and malaria. Also it depends on what part of Thailand you are visiting.

Most doctors will recommend for you to get vaccinations against the following:

1) Hepatitis A
2) Hepatitis B
3) Typhoid
4) Yellow fever
5) Japanese encephalitis
6) Rabies
7) Measles, mumps, rubella
8) Tetanus-diphtheria

I would also like to mention that there is a lot of HIV / Aids in Thailand and especially among sex workers. So please be sure to use protection at all times in case you are going to Thailand for the sex. Many of the ladies have fake HIV tests so do not believe such documents.
