Yes I do know that there are several kindergartens in Patong Beach. However many of them open and close frequently so I am not really aware of the names or locations of any good nurseries in Patong beach. I do know that the best nurseries in Phuket are located in the Phuket City area of Phuket as well as in Chalong and Rawai. I think that there is also a good kindergarten in the Kathu area of the island.

I suggest that you go on to one of the Phuket or Patong forums and ask them the question as they will be able to give you the contact information of any good kindergartens in Patong beach.
