How much does it cost to ride the bus in Cancun?

Its been a couple of years since I rode the bus in the hotel zone in Cancun but I used to pay 10 Pesos which at the time was around 1 USD. These buses drive very regularly and are used frequently by both tourists and locals who are heading for work.
